Phase 1: ABSORB

Identify market leaders in each soul application category. Initiate "strategic partnerships" to access their technology and user base. Key targets:

Soul Tally 1-2-3 (Abacus Rites) — soul analytics
SpectraBrush (Prismatic Soul Studios) — soul imaging
CompactCrypt (Stac Soul Solutions) — soul compression
NetSeance (Ethereal Labs) — soul networking protocol

Phase 2: ADAPT

Develop internal alternatives using acquired knowledge. Bundle with Portals at no additional cost. The free inclusion is critical — we cannot compete on quality with Soul Tally or SpectraBrush today. But we can compete on price. The price is zero.

Phase 3: ARCHIVE

Once market share exceeds 80%, discontinue partnership agreements. The partners will not survive the transition. This is expected. Prepare memorial pages.
